DAV-Haus-Spitzingsee

We are a self-catering house. Please read this text before booking to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfaction. Please note that rooms with a private bathroom (double rooms, special category 1 / family rooms) are only rented from 2 nights onwards. The booking system accepts bookings for one night, which must be filtered out manually. One-night bookings will, if beds are available, be moved to a multi-bed room or cancelled, even at short notice. Family rooms (special category 1) can only be booked for 3 or more people, and double rooms for 2 people. Smaller bookings will be cancelled. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific room size in multi-bed rooms. This allows us to accommodate everyone as well as possible, avoid room changes, and place families with small children separately wherever possible. Please inform yourself on the hut’s website before booking! If there are not enough free places in your chosen category on the selected dates, you may still proceed with the reservation and will be placed on the waiting list. Online reservations are possible until 6:00 p.m. on the day before arrival. For later bookings, please contact us directly. For groups of 10 or more people, please contact us by e-mail so that we can arrange everything together. Please note: the DAV-Haus Spitzingsee cannot be booked for loud parties or events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties or birthday parties. Information on whether bed linen, rental towels or breakfast are required must be updated in your reservation at least one week in advance, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed. A block booking of the entire house for private celebrations is also not possible. Kind regards, Marta
